After we signed the final construction papers the build process could not have been better. Price Custom Home staff is very professional. They understood how important our new home was to us. They were always their to help us . Changes we wanted to make were very easy. Pricing was prompt and accurate, no surprises. Price Custom Home Staff always made us feel like we were their most important customer. We were always able to talk to the right person. Everyone was there for us from Adam Price on down. Some builders claim to be a custom home builder, but they are not. Price Custom Homes are a Custom Home Builder. This sets Price Custom Homes apart from the rest.

I won’t lie it was very stressful doing it all by myself and at times overwhelming, but in the end I’m so happy with the look of my new home and the ladies in the office Jenny (especially) and Molly were so nice to work with and never once did they make you feel bad for bothering them when I called. I also loved the BuilderTrend website.

Adam’s team gave us a tour of a home under construction and we were able to see the quality he puts into his projects. Adam’s team is easy to work with and flexible to a variety of situations. We are confident we made the right selection when we picked Price Custom Homes as our builder.

I would recommend Price Custom Homes to anybody looking for quality work from a quality provider and I would go back and do our project again with Price Customer Homes 10 out of 10 times. Its been two years and we don’t plan on moving again. We hit a homerun this time and look forward to the years ahead.

After a year of looking for a house, my wife and I decided to build. Through our Realtor®, we met Adam from Price Custom Homes. From helping us find the perfect acreage to handing us the keys at closing, Adam was there to help us through our first build. His knowledge and experience are only outweighed by the quality of his work. If we ever decide to build again we will definitely be calling Price Custom Homes, although with the house that Adam just completed for us, I doubt we will want to leave.

It seemed like when other people we knew talked about their home building experience, they only had horror stories about their contractors. We never once felt that Price Custom Homes was not taking good care of us. Our project manager was on top of everything and always got back to us with answers to our questions. Our home was finished on time, just the way we wanted it, even with a few changes along the way. We would recommend Price Custom Homes to anyone looking to build their new home.

He was quite honest and straight forward in his approach to keeping us “in the loop” on various construction milestones and hurdles they faced during the construction process. Working with Adam Price and Danella Swanson was an excellent experience from beginning to the end.  When there was issues or problems, they contacted us immediately to see how we wanted to handle the changes.  Every one in Adams team was great to work with and we got to be involved in every decision made to make our house exactly what we wanted.  I would build my next house with them!

This is the 2nd home we built and by far a much better experience than the first time.  I really felt that I was in control of what I wanted in my home.  I was not forced to do the same thing every other home had.  The entire staff listened and allowed us to make our own decisions.  Really a classy group of people. 
 

We really enjoyed working with Price Custom Homes for the construction of our new home.  They helped us to get the project into our budget and to find a lot that worked for the plan we liked.  The process of making selections was a smooth and enjoyable experience.  We had support every step of the way whenever we had questions, and when the details all came together they generally were better than we expected.

This was our first time building and we were nervous about the process.  Adam was excellent to deal with and promptly answered all of our questions.  We also had a couple of last minute changes and he took care of them for us.  We were extremely impressed with Joe and how organized and professional he was.  I saw Joe a couple of times per week and he always kept us informed on the process and answered any questions he had.   Lastly we thought the cabinet maker did a great job.  Very thorough and easy to deal with.   We would recommend Price to anyone that is looking to build as they are great to work with and if there is an issue Adam/Joe will follow up and make sure it is resolved.

Everyone was very easy to work with and available for any questions.  If something wasn’t right, it was never combative we were always able to find a solution.  Love the quality of the work overall.
